This watch is as good as a Garmin basic watch. I do like that it can detect when you\re watching for activity. The timed Always on Display if used 7 hours a day, still has good battery life. It's heart rate is pretty accurate during activity like cycling. The HR is the same as the YMCA equipment. I very satisficed bought this watch. It one of a kind in size.
